Julie Harrelson is a strategic advisor, keynote speaker, and trusted confidant to founders, CEOs, investors, and civic leaders navigating growth, reinvention, and complexity. Often described as the “angel on the shoulder” to more than 100 CEOs, she helps leaders make consequential decisions that shape companies, communities, and careers.

A former Managing Director of eight Cascade Funds, Julie led more than 100 investments and became one of the Pacific Northwest’s most respected voices in entrepreneurship and innovation. Earlier in her career, she was an executive in six early-stage companies, including several acquired by organizations such as EarthLink and Time Warner.

Today, Julie advises leaders on building ambitious organizations while living meaningful, sustainable lives. Her work and keynote addresses are customized for each client and span leadership, entrepreneurship, economic development, innovation, creativity and the arts, and navigating periods of transition and uncertainty.

An accomplished speaker, moderator, and facilitator, Julie is known for combining strategic clarity, emotional intelligence, and candor.
